南京东汽智能制造研究院是由东南大学自动化学院费树民教授带领的人才团队，依托东南大学等知名高校的科研资源，在中国（南京）软件谷的参与支持下成立的 "政产学研 "新型研发机构。以建立高校科研成果与市场沟通的桥梁和转化平台为初衷，通过对各类智能系统和智能设备的研发，打造集前瞻性技术研发和共性关键技术研究、科技企业孵化、科技成果转化、科技人才聚集于一体的世界级新型研发机构，推动南京创新型城市建设。
