National-level Talent Grant Programme
ENTERPRISE TRACK
Category A: PhDs or Professors above age 40
Requirements:
- PhD Degree or above (professorship is preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- No previous employment in China or accessing China after 1 January 2023
- Signing a pre-employment agreement with a local enterprise (details below)
ENTERPRISE TRACK
Category B: PhDs below age 40
Requirements:
- PhD Degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of work experience
- No previous employment in China or accessing China after 1 January 2023
- Signing a pre-employment agreement with a local enterprise (details below)
ENTERPRISE TRACK
The maximum grant amount is 3 million RMB and property purchase subsidy for 2 million RMB (for Category A grant).
The maximum grant amount is 1 million RMB and property purchase subsidy for 1.7 million RMB(for Category B grant).

National Talent Programme- URI Track
Requirements:
- PhD Degree or above
- Preferred areas: IT, AI, IC, Smart Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc.
- No previous employment in China or accessing China after 1 January 2023
- Signing pre-employment agreement with a local URI (details below)
URI TRACK
The maximum grant amount is 7 million RMB with a preliminary submission deadline for interests until 5 March, 2024

Application Procedure
Globaltech IP will assist pre-qualified talents in identifying, matching and following up with local companies or URIs, adhering to the grant requirements, preparing, translating and submitting necessary materials, etc. for a commission after winning the grant only. Please note that foreign talents can only apply for ONE programme at a time.
