China will continue to promote normal economic and trade exchanges between China and Russia in the spirit of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, and maintain a stable and positive trend of cooperation. I would like to thank the China General Chamber of Commerce in Russia for playing the role of a bridge to build a platform for enterprises to strengthen the exchange of policy information and to meet each other’s needs in depth. The Chinese Embassy in Russia will continue to provide support and assistance to strengthen cooperation between enterprises of the two countries.

Since the opening of the China-EU liner in 2013, the efficiency of logistics has improved significantly. China Logistics Group has played a key role in this cooperation, actively expanding the China-Russia liner and international freight forwarding business and exploring new models. In the future, the implementation of bilateral cooperation documents should be accelerated, the transportation infrastructure improved and the level of facilitation raised, while inter-enterprise cooperation should be strengthened to promote the in-depth development of the logistics sector.

Cooperation between the two countries covers oil and gas exploration, pipeline construction and technical services. Looking ahead, China and Russia should continue to promote existing cooperation programs, expand cooperation in green and low-carbon technologies, and actively participate in global energy governance. It is recommended to strengthen cross-border infrastructure security, green technology development, as well as promote energy security and cooperative development in multilateral cooperation mechanisms.
