Jiangsu added next-generation artificial intelligence national innovation platform

Suzhou-based AISpeech has been recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology to develop an open platform for next-generation artificial intelligence, adding a new national research platform to the coastal province.

AI Speech, a leading voice technology platform company, will focus on technology breakthroughs in key areas related to cross-media data analytics in hopes of further empowering the digital economy.

Since August 2019, the Ministry of Science and Technology has been supporting next-generation AI innovation platforms covering areas such as medical imaging, autonomous driving, basic software and hardware, and computer vision.

AI Speech has its own intellectual property rights of human-machine dialogue operating system. The company’s products integrate more than 900 patents and are used in smart cars and consumer electronics, financial services, transportation and logistics, real estate and hotels, government affairs, healthcare and other fields.

More than 50 universities and research institutes in Jiangsu are involved in AI research and are leading in machine learning, pattern recognition and data mining, laying a solid foundation for scientific breakthroughs.

The province’s software, electronics and smart manufacturing industries enjoy a privileged position in China. It has gathered leading companies in the field of intelligent software and hardware, smart manufacturing and integrated manufacturing applications.
